Program Purpose
KEB Texting provides low-volume, two-way operational communications to current employees who have expressly consented to receive them. Messages may concern:
- Scheduling and availability
- Attendance and timekeeping clarification
- Route status, service updates, and requests for assistance
- Vehicle, safety, or documentation follow-up
- Other related employment and operational matters
The program is not used for marketing or public solicitations.
Enrollment and Consent
Employees enroll by voluntarily providing their mobile number and signing KEB's written or electronic SMS consent acknowledgment during onboarding or through a separate employee enrollment process.
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Employees who do not consent, or who later opt out, remain responsible for communicating through another method designated by KEB.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to operational needs. Some participants may receive messages only occasionally, while others may receive messages more frequently during active operational events.
Message and data rates may apply according to the participant's mobile plan. KEB does not charge a separate fee for the program.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Standard opt-out keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL may also be recognized.
After an opt-out request, KEB may send one final message confirming that no further text messages will be sent. KEB will not send additional program messages unless the employee later provides new express consent.
Opting out of text messages does not eliminate an employee's responsibility to respond to work-related matters through another communication method designated by KEB.

Privacy
Information collected through KEB Texting is handled according to KEB's Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery and Availability
Text message delivery is subject to mobile-network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Employees should use the regular manager contact process for urgent matters and should not rely on SMS for emergencies.
Changes
KEB may update these terms as the program or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a material change affects the subject matter of an employee's consent, KEB will obtain any additional consent required before sending messages under the changed program.
